Can I give more stars ? Absolutely beautiful work by PJ. She's extremely patient and polite, very talented and creative. She came out with such beautiful designs for my daughters birthday . Though the order was not very big, she took utmost care in each and every item. Her rates are reasonable and understands your budget. She's a perfectionist I would say. Be it any party, you now have Happily Papered to supply decorative items. A loyal customer who will definitely keep coming back . Thanks a bunch PJ.
